Fire & Ice: Craft Cocktail Competition
Support 30Boltwood at the second annual Springfield Regional Chamber’s Fire and Ice Craft Cocktail Competition on Thursday, March 14th from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Springfield Country Club with some of the best bartenders in the Pioneer Valley. Our very own mixologists, Victoria Torti and Daniela Aniceto, will be competing with their “Vanilla Ice,” a play on a Ramos Gin Fizz made with Aquavite distilled liquor, fresh vanilla bean, orange blossom water, lemon, lime, and caraway syrup; served slushie-style.
Guests can spend time at the outdoor fire pit, listen to live music, enjoy some fire and ice hors d’oeuvres, and win great prizes. Reservations are $50 for members ($60 at the door), and $60 for general admission ($70 at the door), and includes food, cocktail tastings, and entertainment. There will be a cash bar, which will feature full-size versions of competing fire and ice cocktails.
A tasting of each cocktail is included in the ticket price and guests can vote for their favorite fire and ice cocktails. The winning cocktails will be announced that evening. Food stations will feature small plates with fire and ice themes.
