The holidays are almost here and we’re in full celebration mode here in Amherst! Last week, Mass Appeal came for a visit to talk with Chef Dino about the annual Holiday Traditions that we host here at The Lord Jeffery Inn and 30Boltwood. Chef prepared one of our favorite dishes – seared scallops – and gave some pointers on cooking them properly.
