A Winter Update

With the cold of winter we start to see some beautiful Venison making its way on to our menu. We love to marinate Venison loin with Juniper and black pepper and then put a real nice char on it.
We also begin to see delightful porcini mushrooms which will pair well with the Venison loins. Root Vegetables like salsify and baby turnips also make a nice winter pairing with local Venison. Pomegranates inevitably make an appearance as well.
