Chocolate and Hazelnut Cannoli with Nutella Dipping Sauce

Cannoli Filling
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. chocolate extract
- ¼ cup crushed hazelnuts
- 6 Cannoli shells
Instructions:
Start by putting the ricotta cheese, mascarpone, and cocoa powder along with the powdered sugar and chocolate extract in a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment and whip for 3 minutes on high. Pipe into cannoli shells using a star tip. Once the cannolis are filled dip the ends in crushed hazelnuts and dust them with cocoa powder.
Nutella Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nutella
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Place the Nutella and vanilla extract in a bowl and stir with a 1/4 cup of milk until smooth. Serve with the cannolis. Serve the cannolis with Nutella dipping sauce and enjoy!
