30Boltwood presents a seasonal twist to traditional holiday dishes, including a delicious Rutabaga Soup with local apples 7 crème frȃiche, in addition to a Bosc Pear Salad with Cranberries, Hazelnuts & Great Hill Blue Cheese.
We will be offering special holiday dishes like Roast Prime Rib with Potato Purée, Baby Carrots & Rosemary Jus, Niman Ranch Pork Loin with Braised Red Cabbage & Smoked Apple Purée to Pan Roasted Cod with Bacon, Brussels Sprouts & Hen Of The Woods Mushrooms in addition to some of our more popular items like Scottish Salmon over a Slow Cooked French Lentil Stew, and Roasted Chicken Breast with Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Cipollini Onions and Fried Salsify.
Desserts features a delicious Apple Tart made with McIntosh Apples and topped with House Made Walnut Ice Cream and Caramel as well as a seasonal Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding with Our House Made Vanilla Ice Cream and a delicious Chocolate Pudding Served With Salted Caramel
Our prix fixe Christmas menu will include a number of seasonal dishes in conjunction with some of 30Boltwood’s popular menu items. This menu will be offered from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
