Visit Chef Dino at the two-day Farm Fresh Fest happening at Wachusett Mountain on August 29th and 30th. Fun for the whole family, there will be specialty foods, a farmer’s market, live music, agricultural displays, live animals, and our favorite part – cooking demos! On Sunday at 1pm, Chef Dino will be demonstrating one of his most popular summer dishes – honeydew melon and cucumber gazpacho with rock shrimp.
