The Lord Jeffery Inn has been a supporter of the Market throughout the years and we are excited to see it continue to grow in both popularity and size. The weekly Farmers Market not only does a great job in showcasing the exceptional talents of our local farmers, it also represents everything we believe in and are committed to in our daily practice of bringing farm-to-table cuisine to all of our guests.
As part of our continuing support of the Market, Chef Dino has enthusiastically accepted an invitation to become a part the Market’s evolution by conducting cooking demonstrations and tastings inside the market on select Saturdays.
Chef Dino will be practicing his farm-to-table approach to cooking by purchasing products direct from the participating vendors and then turning around and preparing a few dishes with these ingredients for all of you to sample. Chef’s first demonstration will be taking place on Saturday, August 17 at 11:00 am. Please come join us to help support our local farmers and get a taste of what Chef Dino is cooking up on Saturday mornings.
Don’t forget to swing by 30Boltwood to enjoy our new Saturday brunch menu. Grab a bite before or after the demonstration or just hang out on the patio to watch Chef do what he loves to do most.
