Getting Figgy with it!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. of House-infused fig Bourbon or fig puree
- 2 oz. Carlson’s Apple Cider
- Orange Bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
- Balsamic Drizzle
- Sugar for the rim
- Ice
- Rocks glass
- Shaker
Instructions:
Rim your glass with sugar to taste. Fill your rocks glass with ice. Pour the fig Bourbon or fig puree, followed by the Carlson’s apple cider, the orange bitters, and a drizzle of balsamic into your shaker. Shake well and pour over ice. Peel your orange with a small peeler above your glass so the ice gets misted with the orange peel’s juices. Enjoy!
