Taste of Amherst 2017
Join us on the Amherst Town Common for the 26th annual Taste of Amherst! The event, organized by Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce and Atkins Farms Country Market, is filled with food, family, and fun. Our culinary team will be demonstrating their talents the weekend of June 17th and 18th.
Saturday, June 17th, 2;30pm
Chef Ramiz will be showcasing fish fabrication (Sea Bass) – the perfect skill for all of the beautiful fish available this time of year. He’ll also be demonstrating some unique summer vegetable preparations.
Sunday, June 18th, 12:30pm
Chef Bill is going to show you to use up all the extra herbs in your garden and a Chef’s Choice Pesto served with Swordfish.
Sunday, June 18th, 1:00pm
Executive Chef Kevin will be demonstrating a skill that every cook should master – Chicken Fabrication. He’ll be showing you how to use the entire bird and how to braise the legs.
